(CASH) and Water Refining Company, Inc. against defendants and cross-claimants Cadys and against defendants and cross-claimants Pitts and Scheu. The original litigation grew out of the sale of the Cadys' water conditioning business to Pitts and Scheu, and, among other relief, CASH sought and obtained injunctive relief preventing the conduct of that business by Pitts and...
