Appellants, Dudley Lee Berry and Jessica Linda Ann Zabish, in this consolidated appeal were convicted of possessing cocaine hydrochloride with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 2. In addition, appellant Zabish was convicted of simple possession of cocaine hydrochloride in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 844. Appellants seek reversal of their convictions, claiming inter alia error...
