Appellant, Tyler Refrigeration Equipment Company, appeals the judgment of the Summit County Common Pleas Court denying its complaint for foreclosure of its judgment lien on the grounds that a stay of execution by the issuing municipal court deferred its validity until after the expiration of the stay. We reverse.
