The appellants appeal an interlocutory order of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida granting partial summary judgment for the appellees as well as the denial of their motion for a preliminary injunction. The appellees have moved to dismiss the appeal. We hereby grant the motion of the appellees to dismiss the appeal as we find that this court lacks jurisdiction.
