James A. Womack appeals from his conviction, after trial by jury, on six counts of knowingly engaging in the business of manufacturing explosive materials without a license in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 842(a)(1).1 The explosive materials manufactured by Womack were M-80's, which have the general appearance of oversized firecrackers and are 50 to 75 times more powerful than legally salable firecrackers...
