This is an appeal by a transsexual plaintiff from a Rule 12(b) dismissal of her1 suit against her former employer alleging employment discrimination under 42 U.S.C. § 1985(c).

The complaint alleged that between November, 1977, and January 1978, appellant informed her supervisors at the beauty salon where she was employed that she was preparing to undergo a "medically supervised sex reassignment process...
