Plaintiff Jill Berling Farver appeals from an order granting summary judgment in favor of defendants John and Betty Berling. The principal issue presented on appeal is whether a wife's interest in her husband's state pension1 is inheritable. We hold it is and, accordingly, reverse the trial court's order.
