The appellant was tried on three counts of vehicular homicide1 in violation of § 31-5-1117(a), W.S. 1977, Cum.Supp. 19802 before the County Court of Natrona County, with a jury. A verdict of guilty on all three counts was returned. The county judge, on June 24, 1980, sentenced the appellant to thirty days in the county jail and a fine of $1,000...
