This is an appeal by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America and Truck Drivers and Helpers Local Union No. 728 ("unions") from that part of the final judgment of the district court directing that the unions pay $2,256, representing one-half the fees and expenses of a special master, and $16,767.05, representing one-third of the district court's award of attorneys...
