On May 23, 1974, Heitzman Produce agreed to purchase from G & H Land & Cattle Company all potatoes to be grown by G & H on its acreage in Jerome County. Heitzman Produce's obligation to purchase was contingent upon the potatoes meeting the size specification set forth in the contract.
