This action arises out of a lease agreement between the parties hereafter called Stevensen for the plaintiffs, appellants, and cross-respondents, and Bird for the defendants, respondents and cross-appellants.

This matter arose out of a certain lease agreement entered into on the 21st day of November, 1961, by and between Bailey Bird and Virginia M. Bird, his wife, as lessors and Defendant Stevensen as lessee, wherein certain agreements...
