Rodney Jackson seeks to set aside revocation of his probation. Jackson was convicted of second degree burglary following his plea of guilty. On March 18, 1977 he was sentenced to an indeterminate term of 2-5 years in prison. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for a period of one year.
