This is a Family Court proceeding in which on October 23, 1974, a final decree was entered granting an absolute divorce to June Guglielmi from her husband, Anthony Guglielmi. The final decree incorporated and merged within it the terms of a property-settlement agreement that had been executed earlier, on March 4, 1974.
