OPINION
KELLEHER, Justice.
This is a workers' compensation case in which the employee appeals from a decree of the appellate division of the Workers' Compensation Commission affirming a trial commissioner's finding that the employee was no longer totally incapacitated. On April 6, 1976, the employee, a laborer, incurred a job-related injury, to wit, a ruptured disc and a "complete foot drop."
