The Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen here appeals a judgment which was entered by the United States District Court for the District of Kansas on July 23, 1981. The judgment granted the plaintiff-appellee's motion for preliminary injunction and enjoined the Brotherhood from engaging in a strike which grew out of a change by the Railroad in the manner of employing signalmen. Simultaneously, the court denied the Brotherhood's cross motion...
