This action is brought pursuant to the Federal Torts Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2671, et seq. and the National Swine Flu Immunization Program Act, 42 U.S.C. § 247b. Plaintiff, Minnie Heyman, seeks damages for pain and suffering, permanent disability and medical expenses allegedly resulting from Guillian-Barre Syndrome (GBS).
