Saunders d/b/a Bud's Broiler, and his insurer, Employers Mutual Liability Insurance Co. of Wisconsin, dismissing the suit of two co-subrogees, Maryland Casualty Co. and Hartford Insurance Group, who are the insurers of the lessor, Michael Hebert.
