QUINN, Justice.

Allen M. Andrews (defendant) appeals his conviction of the crime of aggravated theft of a motor vehicle, section 18-4-409(2)(a), C.R.S.1973 (1978 Repl. Vol. 8), claiming that the statutory definition of this offense violates due process of law and that the evidence is legally insufficient to support the conviction.1 Finding no error, we affirm.
