This is one of those unfortunate cases which instead of moving forward drift about in a seemingly aimless manner. Claimants, initially involved in the process of their grievance before an arbitrator, abandoned that process to file this suit only to request reopening of the arbitration procedures years after its abandonment and upon being confronted with the exhaustion requirement.
