Buckley, Beatrice Gill, and Mae Margaret Gill to vote in the November 7, 1978, general election held in Vernon Parish, Louisiana, in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1973i(c) (1976) and 18 U.S.C. § 2 (1976).
