Oscar Salud was convicted by a jury of second degree murder for shooting Delbert Cabesas. He appeals his conviction and sentence of life imprisonment to this court. Salud raises three evidentiary issues. He argues that the trial court erred in admitting evidence of Salud's reputation for violence; in admitting evidence that Salud on prior occasions possessed a .45 caliber hand gun similar to the one which was used to shoot Cabesas;...
