A jury convicted defendant General Herman Andrews on one count of interstate transportation of stolen goods in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2314. In this appeal, the defendant attacks the sufficiency of the evidence and claims that an instruction given by the district court1 was prejudicial error. We affirm the jury verdict.
