This appeal arises out of claims for relief which the Wierzbickis (home buyers) filed against the Alaska Mutual Savings Bank (construction lender). The Wierzbickis grounded their claims for relief upon allegations that the Bank was negligent in making the construction loan to Burd (an unlicensed, unbonded builder), and that, having extended the loan, it negligently performed its periodic inspections which preceded disbursement...
