This appeal arises out of a contract dispute between Le Pussycat Lounge and the Jabberwock Band. Apart from the exotic appellations adopted by the parties, the factual context presented by the case is unexceptional. Petitioner Jeanette Johnson, d/b/a Le Pussycat Lounge, executed an American Federation of Musicians' form contract engaging the Jabberwock Band to perform at her nightclub...
