The defendant, Ray H. Shollenbarger, was the administrator of the estate of Carlos De La Fuente, and the defendant, Stephen F. Lawless, was the attorney for the estate. The principal asset of the estate was a residence which was mortgaged and which was in danger of being foreclosed.
