This is an appeal by Dolson, plaintiff, after an adverse judgment of the Flathead County District Court.

In 1973 the Imperial Cattle Company (Imperial) entered into seven lease agreements with the Dolson Company (Dolson), a Washington corporation, for the lease of dairy cattle. Approximately 520 dairy cows were transferred to Imperial. Two of the seven leases were concluded prior to the settlement negotiations which underlie this action...
