CHEHARDY, Judge.

Defendant, C. Robert Bohn, appeals a district court decision in favor of plaintiff, John Kent Chauvin, and against the defendant in the sum of $4,000 together with legal interest from date of judicial demand, until paid, and for all costs.

In giving his reasons for judgment, the trial court judge stated:

"The Parties confected an oral agreement which was reduced to writing as evidenced...
