This case was commenced by plaintiff Ford Motor Company against two insurers for payment on claims allegedly due and owing to plaintiff. Ford alleges that Automobile Transport, Inc., a common motor carrier, was insured by defendant insurers against legal liability incurred by ATI in the transport of goods. Ford alleges that it delivered goods to ATI for shipment and that ATI is liable to Ford for damages...
