In a criminal complaint filed on April 8, 1977, three gentlemen from Chicago, Alan Byrd, Gerald Allen and Tommie Gordon, were charged with the April 3, 1977 armed robbery of a Milwaukee grocery store located at 3119 South Clement Avenue.
