This aggravated felonious sexual assault case is before us for the second time. In the first appeal we remanded the case to the superior court for a new trial. State v. Scarlett, 118 N.H. 904, 395 A.2d 1244 (1978). In the present appeal the defendant contends that the second trial violated his right not to be put in jeopardy twice for the same crime. He also challenges the competency of certain juvenile witnesses...
