Appellants were charged in a two-count indictment alleging that they had engaged in and conspired to engage in a violation of section 943.46, Florida Statutes (1977), The Florida Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization (RICO) Act, and chapter 847, Florida Statutes (1977), concerning obscene literature and pornography.
