This is a suit in equity to enforce the provisions of a dissolution of marriage decree. The marriage between the parties was dissolved on January 15, 1979. By the terms of the property settlement agreement, which was incorporated into the decree, defendant was awarded the family residence, valued at $85,000, but was required to pay plaintiff his share of the equity, in the amount of $10,000, should she remarry...
