This is an appeal by the defendants from a final decree in an action brought by the plaintiffs for sale for division of certain lands, which arose out of the following facts:

Wiley P. Dunn died intestate in 1936, leaving as his sole heirs his widow, Asma Dunn, and eight children. Of these eight children, five were adults and three were minors. At the time of his death, Wiley P. Dunn owned 250 acres of land, mortgaged to the Bank of Berry,...
