HENDRY, Judge.

Meyer and Anna Weissman, plaintiffs in the trial court, seek review of adverse summary final judgments for the appellees in this suit for false arrest, false imprisonment,1 and malicious prosecution.

The facts giving rise to the instant suit were somewhat in conflict. On September 12, 1979, the appellants were shopping separately in a K-Mart store on Biscayne Boulevard. Mr. Weissman alleges that he purchased
