Vermont State Colleges (VSC) includes in the aggregate Castleton, Johnson and Lyndon Colleges and Vermont Technical College. Five faculty members of VSC were granted tenure or promotion by their respective college presidents. The Chancellor of VSC recommended that the VSC Board of Trustees (Trustees) overrule the action taken by the respective college presidents.
