PER CURIAM.

At the charge conference the defendant requested that the jury be instructed on the penalties. The court denied the request. The cause is reversed and remanded for new trial under directions of Tascano v. State, 393 So.2d 540 (Fla. 1980), rehearing denied, February 27, 1981.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
