These consolidated appeals arise from two suits brought against the East Baton Rouge Parish School Board (the Board) and its Superintendent Search and Selection Committee alleging their violation of the Louisiana Open Meetings Law (LSA-R.S. 42:4.1, et seq.). These suits, brought by Ossie Brown, District Attorney for the Nineteenth Judicial District (Brown), and The League of Women Voters of Baton Rouge, Inc.
