This an appeal from an order of the Chittenden Superior Court in an action for declaratory judgment brought by Suzanne Kusserow, individually and as executrix of the estate of Bert Kusserow, to determine the validity of a lien filed by the Medical Center Hospital of Vermont, and to declare the respective liabilities of the parties on an outstanding bill for services rendered to Bert Kusserow by the hospital just prior to his death in 1975.<...
