This is a suit for declaratory judgment and specific performance of a contract under which the Okons were to buy and the Levys were to sell an interest in real property. Trial before the court resulted in a judgment from which both the Okons and the Levys appeal. The Okons argue that the trial court erred in failing to allow them a greater offset against the purchase price of the property for improvements which they have made and the Levys argue...
