This matter came before the Court when on July 8, 1981, plaintiff filed her Verified Complaint for Declaratory Relief and for Relief in the Nature of Mandamus, and her Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order and a Preliminary Injunction. For the reasons given below, the Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order and a Preliminary Injunction is hereby DENIED.
