Plaintiff, Lloyd A. Hebert, filed suit against defendants, Union Oil Company of California and Charles J. Bergeron, in order to recover damages sustained by plaintiff in an accident which occurred on September 6, 1978. Defendants answered denying liability and alleging the "Section 6" defense found in LSA-R.S. 23:1032. After suit was filed, Employers Mutual Liability Insurance Company of Wisconsin intervened in order to recover workmen's compensation...
