Defendants, Otis L. West and Adolphus S. Hall, Jr., are charged in separate indictments with unlawful possession of a firearm which was not registered and not identified by serial number, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 5861(d) and (i). In addition, defendant West is charged with possession with intent to distribute heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and defendant Hall is charged with aiding and abetting...
