Frank Floyd, an employ of petitioner Savannah Machine & Shipyard Company, was injured in the course of his employment. Mr. Floyd submitted a claim for compensation under the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, 33 U.S.C. §§ 901-950 (1976), (Act) and the Shipyard1 commenced paying benefits. The Shipyard subsequently asked for a hearing on the issues of whether and to what extent Floyd was disabled...
