OPINION

JORDAN, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for theft over $200.00 and under $10,000.00. Punishment was assessed by the jury at five years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections.

We affirm.

From the record we learn that the evidence presented at appellant's trial consisted primarily of three videotapes made by undercover police within twenty-four hours of theft of a motorhome. One of these videotapes shows appellant...
