In her representative capacity, plaintiff filed a three-count action against her mother-in-law (Hazel Barnes), her brother-in-law (Marvin Barnes) and the Bank of Bourbon to have the estate declared half-owner of a $160,000 savings certificate issued by the Bourbon bank to "Denzil Barnes or Marvin Barnes or Hazel Barnes...
