NICHOLS, Justice.

The Petitioner, James A. Parent, appeals from a pro forma decree of the Superior Court, Penobscot County, affirming an April 27, 1979, decision of the Workers' Compensation Commission which "dismissed" his Petition for Award of Compensation.1 The Commissioner found as a fact that the worker's injury was not caused by a work-related incident.2
