Plaintiff brought this suit under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. § 1346(b), 2671-80. On June 27, 1979, the district court awarded Doss $95,000 and allowed his counsel to take $17,000 out of the award as attorney's fees, 476 F.Supp. 630.
