This appeal is from a take nothing judgment rendered against the Plaintiff in his malpractice action against a chiropractor, who was alleged to have caused the Plaintiff's severe stroke. The judgment was based on a jury finding which was in the negative to the inquiry of whether the stroke was due to any negligence of the Defendant.
