This case presents one principal question: whether the trial court erred in denying appellant's motion to suppress evidence seized at the time of his arrest from an automobile and from a briefcase found there. We conclude that appellant neither had "automatic standing" to challenge the search and seizure nor showed any legitimate expectation of privacy in the area searched or the property seized...
