RABINOWITZ, Chief Justice.

Jacque T. Nelson and Gregory Herring were convicted after a non-jury trial of multiple counts of receiving and concealing stolen property. Sentencing on the multiple charges resulted in Herring receiving an aggregate sentence of nine years imprisonment with four years suspended and in Nelson receiving a sentence of six years with three suspended. Nelson and Herring attack their convictions on grounds that the search warrants...
